Two pets per apartment home are allowed; however ,cannot exceed a 100 lb combined weight. Any animal under 1 year must pay double Pet Deposit. In additional all animals under the age of 1 year must meet the weight restrictions as if the breed were fully grown. Exoctic pets not including birds and fish will not be allowed. These include, but are not limited to snakes, iguanas, ferrets, rodents and rabbits.
